OUR MISSION
Our mission for Women at Work at Samet is to create an inclusive and supportitve environment. One where women can thrive by providing mentorship, leadership development, and skill-building opportunities that empower them to grow in their careers with confiedence.
We strive to foster a strong sense of community where women can connect, share experiences, and advocate for policies that promote gender equity, work-life balance, and a more inclusive workplace.
OUR ACHIEVEMENTS
We raised $3,900 for breast cancer research and partnered with Habitat for Humanity’s Women’s Build and She Built This City. We built strong ties with women-owned trade partners, created subcommittees to address safety and recruitment, and increased female representation on leadership committees by 400%. We also promoted female-specific PPE, including safety harnesses for field associates.
