What a year it’s been for Women@Work! Our ERG continued to grow as a vibrant community dedicated to professional development, connection, and meaningful impact across the company.
Professional Development
We prioritized learning and growth through targeted sessions on managing up, empowering our members with strategies to build stronger relationships with leadership and advocate effectively for themselves. Our financial health session provided practical tools for long-term planning and financial wellness, equipping associates with knowledge to make confident decisions about their futures.
Advocacy & Engagement
We championed important workplace initiatives, including successfully advocating for a PTO rollover extension that benefits our entire workforce. We strengthened both corporate and associate engagement through collaborative events and programs that fostered connection across all levels of the organization.
Community Impact
Our charitable initiatives continued to make a difference in communities across North Carolina, South Carolina and Georgia, demonstrating our commitment to service beyond the workplace.
