      Join the Conversation!

After completing the courses, we invite you to enroll in a debrief conversation on March 6th. This will be an opportunity for associates across the company to come together, discuss key takeaways, and share personal experiences, ideas, and strategies for leading in the workplace.

        Why This Matters

Since the launch of Women at Work, we have consistently heard the request for more structured leadership development opportunities—and we’re thrilled to pilot this initiative! If we see strong participation, our goal is to expand the library with new courses and curriculums on a quarterly basis.

This is just the beginning of a larger effort to support the growth and success of women at Samet. Let’s make this pilot a success—sign up, dive in, and empower yourself and those around you!
