2 out of every 10 associates mentioned they were struggling with finding balance. Operations and Corporate Services positions typically involve varying levels of flexibility. Schedules fluctuate between highly flexible periods and times when more consistent presence is required.

Value + Recognition
1 out of every 10 associates don’t feel their contributions are fully recognized. We need to get better at celebrating wins and acknowledging good work.

Leadership Commitment
1 out of every 10 associates say there is room for our senior team to be more visible and engaged in supporting professional growth.

PTO Extension
We’re starting with one immediate change based on your feedback

We extended the PTO rollover deadline to April 30th, effective immediately!

Many of you mentioned challenges with using PTO by the current deadline. This change gives you more breathing room and better aligns with our commitment to supporting your work/life balance. A BIG shout out to the ERG for helping to push this initiative forward!

LOOKING FORWARD

Continuing to improve our PTO program and encouraging everyone to use their earned time off. In 2024, we collectively forfeited 6,400 hours and rolled over 14,000 hours – that’s about a week per person not being used!
