Women at Work Charlotte recently hosted their very first jobsite luncheon at Block A, celebrating the Women Trade Partners on the job and informing everyone the goals of the ERG. Lunch was provided by a women owned food truck, and a member of the Manganaro Southeast team talked about why she joined the construction industry and the advice she would give to other women looking to get started.
